• Experience leading a large retail team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong Visual Merchandising expertise across fashion, home & beauty.
• Proven ability to drive sales and modern store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with leadership and performance of a large retail team.
• Take full ownership of Visual Merchandising, including seasonal launches and floor moves.
• Act as Deputy Store Manager in the Store Manager's absence and run store operations.
• Use sales data and customer insight to maximise Visual Merchandising opportunities.
• Coach and develop a large team to build a high-performance culture.
• Maintain high Visual Merchandising standards across Fashion, Home & Beauty.
• Drive sales, KPIs, customer experience and operational excellence.
