Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising, Visual Supervisor or Senior Sales role within fashion retail.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Creative eye with attention to detail.
• Understanding of commercial visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to lead from the shop floor in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines and campaign launches.
• Create inspiring product displays that drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Coach and develop the team on visual merchandising standards and best practice.
• Analyse sales trends to optimise product placement and store layout.
• Act as Duty Manager and support day-to-day store operations.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, stock management and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with management to deliver sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards.
