Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with leadership and performance of a large retail team.
• Take full ownership of Visual Merchandising, including seasonal launches, floor moves, layouts, displays and promotional activity.
• Act as Deputy Store Manager in the Store Manager's absence, taking responsibility for overall store operation.
• Use sales data, customer insight and commercial performance to maximise Visual Merchandising opportunities.
• Coach, develop and motivate a large team, building a high-performance culture.
• Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are delivered across Fashion, Home & Beauty.
• Drive sales, KPIs, customer experience and operational excellence as Deputy Store Manager.
• Partner with department leaders to support the wider commercial strategy.
• Maintain high standards of compliance, safety, stock management and store presentation.
• Bring energy, creativity and strong leadership to the Deputy Store Manager role.
