Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager for a leading fashion retailer in Bicester. You will own the visual direction of the flagship store and lead a talented VM team to deliver inspiring customer experiences while driving commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as Visual Merchandising Manager or senior VM leader.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate into in-store visuals.
• Experience in trend-led or premium fashion environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the VM team to deliver world-class visual standards.
• Execute the brand's VM strategy across the flagship store.
• Ensure displays and window schemes are on-brand and commercially focused.
• Create seasonal launches and promotional displays to drive engagement and sales.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing and Retail Ops on campaigns.
• Analyse sales and customer behaviour to optimise layouts.
• Support new store openings, refits and concept launches.
