Zachary Daniels is seeking a Visual Merchandising Supervisor for its Bicester Village store. The role focuses on delivering premium visual standards, inspiring customer experiences and supporting leadership in a high-performing fashion retail environment.

You will lead the team on seasonal guidelines, create impactful displays, and drive commercial outcomes while maintaining store presentation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Visual Merchandising or Senior Sales in fashion retail.
• Strong understanding of commercial visual merchandising principles and shopper behaviour.
• Proven leadership of retail teams.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of seasonal visual merchandising guidelines and campaign launches.
• Create inspiring product displays to drive sales and enhance the customer journey.
• Coach and develop the team on visual merchandising standards and best practice.
• Analyse sales trends and use commercial insight to optimise product placement and store layout.
• Support the day-to-day running of the store and act as Duty Manager when required.
• Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, stock management and housekeeping.
• Collaborate with the management team to deliver sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and Health & Safety standards.
