Candidates should have at least 2 years in QSR, strong communication skills, and relevant education or supervisory experience. The role includes staffing, health and safety, and coordinating local promotions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years in QSR environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A-levels or equivalent (NVQ) or extensive QSR experience at a supervisory level.

Responsabilités

• Maintaining business records and analysing records to manage the business.
• Communicating changes of food preparation formulas and standards to staff.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensuring health and food safety codes are maintained and safety policies followed.
• Recruiting new staff members.
• Recognising and rewarding staff performance.
• Disciplinary action as required.
• Identifying and contacting potential customers to promote sales.
