Job summary

Subway IP Inc. is seeking a motivated manager to lead daily operations at a Subway store in Blackpool. You will coach and develop the store team to meet performance targets, maintain standards, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires at least two years in a QSR environment with supervisory experience, plus strong verbal and written communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position within a franchise operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in a QSR environment, supervising and training staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain business records as outlined in the Operations Manual and analyse records to manage the business.
• Communicate changes of food preparation formulas, standards, etc. to staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local and national health and food safety codes and company safety policies.
• Recruit new staff members and recognise staff performance.
• Disciplinary action as required.
• Identify and contact prospective customers to promote sales.
• Plan events and promotions.
