Subway is looking for a capable leader to manage store operations at our Newcastle location. The role emphasizes coaching and guiding the team toward meeting operational goals, maintaining inventory, and ensuring food safety standards are followed.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in a QSR environment, with the ability to supervise and train staff, and strong verbal and written communication skills. A-levels or NVQ or equivalent experience are preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain business records and analyze them to manage the business.
• Coordinate changes in food preparation formulas and standards with staff.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Ensure health and food safety codes are maintained and safety policies followed.
• Recruit new staff members and recognize staff performance.
