Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of two years experience in supervising and training staff in a retail or QSR environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining business records and analysing records to manage the business
• Communicating changes of food preparations formulas, standards, etc. to staff
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives
• Ensuring that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and that company safety and security policies are followed
• Recruiting new staff members
• Recognition and reward of staff performance
• Disciplinary action as required
• Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote sales
• Planning events and promotions
