Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (A&F Co.) is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and visual merchandising while upholding brand standards and company culture. A proactive leader with fashion sense is expected to foster development and growth within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Fluent English and strong customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brand awareness.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise sales floor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
