Job summary

Guess Europe Sagl is seeking a Key Holder to drive profitability and lead the sales team while modeling the Guess standards on the selling floor. You will greet customers, support management, and ensure friendly service environment.

Maintain visual merchandising, hit personal sales targets, and assist with store operations. Willingness to travel and work at different locations is required for this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent level of customer service is required.
• Coaching on a regular basis to store staff.
• Strong product knowledge and ability to train staff.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Open and close the store when required.
