Job summary

TGJones in Cleveleys is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional customer service, lead a team and meet business objectives. You will manage daily operations, coach colleagues and ensure shop floor standards are consistently high.

You’ll work 39 hours per week across 5 out of 7 days, including weekends, and play a key role in delivering a memorable shopping experience while building a prideful and collaborative store culture.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead by example and drive performance on the shop floor.
• Willingness to provide support across other stores as required.
• Strong communication across all levels of the business.
• Experience in training and developing colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and engage your team to achieve outstanding standards and performance.
• Review the trading plan with your Cluster Manager and set key actions and priorities.
• Foster pride across the store by maintaining areas and upholding safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Create a culture of learning, support and recognition to develop colleagues.
