Job summary

TGJones in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional customer service, hit business objectives, and foster an environment where colleagues develop and feel valued. You will inspire your team, manage daily operations, and ensure standards across the store.

The role requires 39 hours per week across 5 out of 7 days including weekends, permanent contract, and a salary of £26,912. You will collaborate with the Cluster Manager to execute the trading plan and uphold safety and

• Retail leadership experience with KPIs such as ATV and TPC.
• Able to lead by example and engage on shop floor.
• Willingness to support across stores in area.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring and engaging your team to achieve outstanding standards and performance, aligned with the objectives of the Trading Plan
• Reviewing the trading plan with your Cluster Manager and using the scorecard to set and agree key actions and priorities that will lead to success for your store - reporting back to your team on store, cluster and area performance
• Fostering a strong sense of pride across the store by ensuring colleague and customer areas are well-maintained, while upholding high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Creating a culture of learning, support and recognition - spotting opportunities for development of personal skills, product knowledge and self-awareness to support our colleagues in an environment where everyone feels valued and welcome
