TGJones is seeking a Store Leader to inspire exceptional customer service, meet business objectives and create a positive work environment. You will drive pride across the store, coach colleagues, and deliver the trading plan with clear actions and performance reviews.

You will lead on-the-floor coaching, adapt to weekends, and collaborate with the cluster/area to ensure a standout customer journey and team development at TGJones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of store KPIs such as ATV and TPC.
• Ability to coach and mentor colleagues on the shop floor.
