Job summary

TGJones is seeking a Store Leader to guide a busy high-street store in the United Kingdom. You will drive exceptional in-store experiences, set high standards, and lead a team to deliver against the trading plan.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience delivering exceptional in-store experiences and hitting KPIs.
• Ability to develop teams and coach colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring and engaging your team to achieve outstanding standards and performance, aligned with the objectives of the Trading Plan
• Reviewing the trading plan with your Cluster Manager and using the scorecard to set and agree key actions and priorities
• Fostering a strong sense of pride across the store by maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence
• Creating a culture of learning, support and recognition to develop colleagues' skills and confidence
