Job summary

TGJones is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional customer service and team performance in our Colchester store. This fixed-term contract runs until 30 September 2026 and carries a competitive annual salary of £26,912.

You will inspire colleagues, implement trading plans with the help of the scorecard, maintain safety and operational standards, and help develop staff through hands-on coaching and recognition.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with a focus on delivering in-store service.
• Understanding of KPI metrics (ATV, TPC) and trading performance.
• Experience coaching and developing teams on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and engage your team to meet high standards and performance targets.
• Review trading plan with Cluster Manager and use scorecard to set actions.
• Maintain a safe, compliant, and well-presented store environment.
• Foster learning, support and recognition to develop colleagues.
