Job summary

Starbucks EMEA is seeking a store manager to lead a dynamic Starbucks store. You will drive daily operations, coach a team of partners, and own profitability while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll understand your local market, monitor competition and implement initiatives to improve store performance.

Expect to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Training programs are provided to immerse you in Starbucks culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
Strong focus on store performance, KPIs and customer experience.
Ability to forecast, schedule staff and manage labour within budgets.
