Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team on scheduled shifts, covering opening, close and weekends.
• Analyse data and store observations to inform decisions that improve customer and store performance.
• Use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within budgets and recruit diverse talent.
• Cascade and roll out new initiatives to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Coach and develop partners, building relationships to understand challenges and aspirations.
• Be an ambassador for Starbucks values and lead from the front on shift.
