You will manage daily store operations, drive profitability, and act as a strong ambassador for partner growth and engagement. The role requires proven leadership in retail or hospitality, ability to analyse data and forecast staffing needs, and the flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience leading a team in a dynamic retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to drive store profitability and growth through effective leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute store operations through your team across shifts, including opening/closing and weekend coverage.
• Analyse data and in-store observations to inform decisions that improve customer experience and store performance.
• Use forecasting and scheduling tools to manage labour within budgets and support recruitment of talent.
• Lead initiative rollout to enable operational excellence and drive business results.
• Coach and develop partners to improve performance and build strong relationships.
