Job summary

Costa Coffee, owned and operated by Goldex Investments Group Ltd, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy location in the South East of England. You will be responsible for the store, stock, standards, team, labour, customers and coffee quality, taking ownership to grow and improve every day.

You’ll drive top-line sales through strong leadership, coaching and development of your team, while maintaining brand standards and an excellent customer experience.
