Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Keyholder for our Swindon store. You will lead the shop floor, deliver outstanding customer service, and support the Store Management team to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

You will model our brand values, oversee stock and visual merchandising, and coach team members to meet sales KPIs while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment leading to sales KPI achievement.
• Excellent customer service with a proactive approach.
• Ability to lead by example and support shop floor teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop floor during shifts, ensuring smooth operation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold Levi's brand values.
• Coach and motivate Stylists to achieve personal and store KPIs.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing during key hours.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Support deliveries, stock organisation and stockroom standards.
• Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team environment.
