Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Newcastle Eldon Square is seeking a part-time 12-hour Keyholder to bring the Levi’s experience to life on the shop floor. You will open and close the store when management is not present, lead by example, and support the team to drive performance.

You will coach Stylists, manage stock deliveries, ensure brand presentation, and help create a positive, inclusive, high-performing environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience with responsibility for sales targets and KPIs.
• Confidence leading and supporting a team on the shop floor.
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Ability to take ownership, make decisions, and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by leading from the front and living our brand values.
• Act as a role model for Stylists, motivating and guiding the team to achieve KPIs.
• Taking responsibility for store operations during key trading hours, including opening and closing procedures.
• Assisting with deliveries, stock organisation, and stockroom standards.
• Maintaining high visual merchandising and brand presentation standards at all times.
• Coaching team members on product knowledge, styling, and customer experience.
• Supporting store management with daily tasks, floor leadership, and operational duties.
