Job summary

& OTHER STORIES, part of the H&M Group, is seeking a part-time Key Holder in the UK to drive exceptional customer experiences and support store management. You will lead by example, provide styling guidance, and ensure smooth opening/closing and stock processes to keep the store running efficiently.

You will energise the team, maintain brand standards, and deliver memorable customer interactions while adapting to varied hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail/hospitality with understanding of store operations including opening/closing and stock delivery processing.
• Customer-focused and able to engage with people to deliver excellent service.
• Adaptable and flexible to changing priorities or schedules.
• Proactive and driven to take initiative and get things done.
• Strong communication and listening to understand customer needs.
• Willing to learn and grow within the brand.
• Brand enthusiasm and ability to share excitement for our collection with customers.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an excellent customer experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and an engaging store environment.
• Take responsibility for store opening and closing procedures and support management as needed.
• Interpret sales data and work with leadership to optimise store performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales assistants to uphold service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations such as deliveries, replenishment, and floor cover.
• Act as a brand ambassador, embodying our values in every customer interaction.
