Job summary

Kurt Geiger in Birmingham is seeking a store team member to deliver exceptional service, open/close tills, and help customers find the right footwear.

You will maintain stock, keep the shop floor neat, support sales targets, promote loyalty programs, and take part in promotions. The role suits a motivated team player who embraces fashion trends and can work between 04:00 and 22:00.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Hold keys and secure the store at opening/closing in the absence of senior staff.
• Open and close the till system as required.
• Welcome clients, guide them to products and understand needs.
• Manage stock through pair checks and organise the stockroom.
• Keep the shop floor tidy and maintain store standards.
• Support management towards individual and team sales targets.
• Provide details of Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and promote participation.
• Assist in planning promotional activities.
• Be a role model for the brand and maintain uniform standards (all black, unbranded).
• Participate in training to become a confident brand ambassador.
