Kurt Geiger is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver exceptional service across our stores. You will warmly welcome clients, guide them to products and understand their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will help manage stock, maintain shop standards and contribute to achieving sales targets while promoting loyalty programs and participating in promotions. You will represent the brand with pride and dress in the required uniform.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service and guide clients to products.
• Welcome customers warmly and understand their needs to tailor recommendations.
• Assist in stock management, stockroom organisation and maintaining store standards.
• Keep shop floor tidy, replenished and aligned with brand standards.
• Support management to work toward individual and team sales targets.
• Promote Kurt Geiger loyalty programs and explain benefits to customers.
• Assist in planning and execution of promotional activities.
• Adhere to uniform standards and act as a brand ambassador.
• Participate in training to continuously improve product knowledge and service.
