Job summary

Blank Street in London is seeking a General Manager to build and scale a high-performing store team, drive exceptional hospitality, and lead the P&L to meet revenue and efficiency targets. You’ll coach, develop, and empower staff while delivering a world-class customer experience and strong brand loyalty.

Experience in leading multi-site operations, data-driven decision making, and a passion for creating engaging stores will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Full-time leadership role requiring 40 hours per week.

• Build, train, and develop top talent, creating clear career pathways.
