Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail environments.
• Proven track record in retail, customer service and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Managing the effective workflow of the shop floor.
• Delegating tasks to the right staff and supervising performance.
• Training new starters and setting a high example for the team.
• Opening and closing the store as a keyholder.
• Receiving, processing and organising store deliveries.
• Handling customer payments and cash handling procedures.
• Addressing and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
