Job summary

Søstrene Grene in Barnstaple is hiring three Supervisors for our new store. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with shifts in the evenings and on weekends as per the monthly rota.

You will support the store management to drive performance and deliver an immersive shopping experience. You will open and close the store, handle cash, maintain housekeeping and merchandising standards, assist with deliveries and stock replenishment, and lead by example to create a friendly, creative team

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a Supervisor or similar role.
• Able to motivate others and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with keyholder responsibilities.
• Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards.
• Unpack and process weekly deliveries and stock replenishment.
• Serve customers at the cash register and ensure a positive experience.
• Lead by example and support day-to-day operations in the absence of managers.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets with product knowledge.
