Job summary

Søstrene Grene in Winchester is seeking a Supervisor for a 24-hour-per-week contract, with availability to work evenings and weekends in line with the monthly rota. You will support the store leadership, drive performance, and ensure an exceptional and immersive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Supervisor or similar role
• Confident communicator who can engage and motivate others
• Kind, helpful approach with customers and colleagues
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends
• Strong organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to give feedback to colleagues to aid development

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with keyholder responsibilities
• Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
• Be actively involved in creative merchandising displays
• Unpack weekly deliveries using heavy roll cages
• Serve customers and ensure a positive shopping experience
• Operate the cash register and greet customers
• Contribute to reaching sales targets through product knowledge
• Handwrite signs in the Anna & Clara handwriting style
• In the absence of the Store Manager, take day-to-day operations and stock replenishment
• Lead by example to inspire colleagues
• Represent Søstrene Grene’s values as the friendly face of the brand
• Maintain health, hygiene and safety standards on shift
