JD GROUP is seeking a Store Colleague to help deliver an outstanding customer experience on the shop floor in a fast-paced UK retail environment. You will greet customers confidently, replenish stock, maintain displays, and work as part of a supportive team to keep the store running smoothly.

As a Store Colleague you will engage with customers, learn product information, and follow company standards and procedures to drive sales and ensure excellent service every day.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt communication style to different customers.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage tasks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers on the shop floor.
• Identify customer needs and promote suitable products and complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.
• Keep fixtures, displays and stock areas clean, organised and well maintained.
• Replenish stock to ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions, handle cash and support daily store operations.
• Use in-store systems to support customer enquiries and store activities.
• Follow health and safety requirements and store policies.
