Job summary

On London is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to lead our retail team and deliver a premium customer experience. You will mentor Store Advisors, drive sales, and ensure operational excellence across opening, closing, and daily store routines.

You will develop product and brand knowledge, optimise inventory, uphold visual merchandising standards, and participate in store events to boost engagement. English fluency and a proactive, customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Experience in Running, Fashion, or Sports is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and quick to learn, able to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Store Advisors to deliver premium customer service.
• Supervise customer interactions and optimize daily store flow.
• Manage inventory and execute visual merchandising plans.
• Open/close procedures and maintain store security and cleanliness.
