Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking an experienced Store Development Project Manager to lead and deliver store development projects across convenience retail formats. This field-based role requires coordinating the Store Development Team and working cross-functionally to meet design specifications and timelines.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of store development regulations and compliance
• Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
• Familiarity with planning laws and CDM regulations
• Experience in shopfitting and store refits
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage allocation of store development projects through the Store Development Team
• Ensure projects are delivered to design specifications across brands
• Maintain critical path, schedule and budget for each project
• Present RDG designs and costs to retailers with confidence
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet standards
• Monitor compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements
• Utilise data to assess whether project objectives are met
