Frasers Group seeks a Creative Projects Lead to support the Senior Creative Manager in delivering a broad New Store and Refurbishment Programme, from concept through to handover. You will coordinate multiple store planning and design projects, manage budgets and timelines, and build relationships with external partners and internal teams.

You will lead a small team, drive design matrices, protect the brand identity and ensure projects run on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating retail store planning and design projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Independent work with initiative and sound decision-making.
• Strong leadership and coaching experience.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders including internal teams and partners.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and planning skills; ability to prioritise.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience in retail design and shopfitting; interpreting space plans.
• Experience in retail space planning.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and drive planning, development, implementation, control and completion of store projects.
• Lead delivery of store projects in line with fascia strategy and design matrices.
• Manage multiple projects and work streams concurrently, prioritising workloads and deadlines.
• Define project tasks, resource requirements and programmes, setting milestones and deadlines.
• Embed commercial awareness, working cross-functionally with Commercial, VM, Marketing and Retail teams.
• Manage, direct and coach direct reports and oversee their deliverables.
• Report on progress and risks to the business and key stakeholders.
• Lead relationships with external partners, consultants and suppliers.
• Protect and uphold the Frasers Group brand identity and quality.
• Attend site visits to ensure effective delivery and present documentation.
