Frasers Group is seeking a store leadership professional to oversee a premium fashion retail operation. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage a team of Retail Managers and Sales Advisors, driving commercial performance and growth.

You will be accountable for store KPIs, coaching and developing staff, and ensuring operational efficiency across stock and wage controls. A strong track record in luxury retail and client relationships is essential.

Formación

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in premium or luxury fashion retail management.
• Proven leadership experience, able to motivate and develop large teams.
• Strong background in customer service with an established local clientele.
• Demonstrated success in driving sales, hitting targets, and managing budgets.
• Excellent product knowledge across brands, trends, and materials.
• Solid understanding of retail operations: merchandising, stock control, loss prevention.

Responsabilidades

• Be accountable for the store's commercial performance and drive KPIs.
• Lead and inspire the store team, providing guidance, coaching and support.
• Work with Area Manager and stakeholders to meet targets and deadlines.
