H&M Group is seeking a dedicated store leadership professional for its Ilford store in the United Kingdom. The role requires full-time commitment (39 hours) with weekend flexibility to deliver exceptional customer experience and maintain high standards of store operations and visuals.

You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales performance, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to strengthen local market presence while upholding our values and customer-first approach.

Formación

• Leadership and people management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong customer-orientated mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actions.
