H&M Brixton is seeking a Department Manager for a permanent full-time position (39 hours per week) with weekend flexibility. You will lead a store team to deliver excellent customer experiences, maintain visual and operational standards, and analyse sales to drive store success.

You will recruit, onboard, and develop team members while fostering an inclusive culture and staying aware of local market needs and competition.
