Job summary

Tesco PLC is seeking colleagues to join our stores, where customer service is at the heart of everything we do. You will help customers, replenish shelves, assist with online orders, and occasionally support deliveries, all while upholding our standards of service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced store environment.
• Friendly, proactive and approachable with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Offer help with products and services when needed.
• Support store operations: shelf replenishment, checkout, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance and general duties.
• Make customer-centric decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, sales, waste reduction and store performance.
• Greet customers with a smile and serve them with pride.
• Use initiative and make the right decisions for customers.
• Work well in a team and communicate openly, having fun and celebrating success.
