Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a customer-focused Colleague to join stores across the region. You will provide friendly, natural service, greet customers, and be part of a diverse team delivering great shopping experiences.

Roles offer flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week and shifts scheduled with notice. You may assist with shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking and occasional delivery tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 for this role.
• Passion for delivering great service and greeting customers.
• Ability to build rapport and ensure a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know customers.
• Being confident with products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
