Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring store colleagues to join our teams. You’ll provide friendly service, help customers, and support daily store operations, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, and online order picking.

Roles offer flexible hours and a minimum of 16 hours per week with advance shift planning. We’re looking for people who enjoy team working, can communicate clearly, and deliver great service with a smile.

Qualifications

• To be over 18 for this role.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
