Job summary

Tesco is looking for colleagues to join our stores, where you will deliver friendly service, help customers, and support daily store operations. Roles offer flexibility with minimum guaranteed hours and opportunities to engage in a range of tasks from shelf replenishment to checkout service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer-focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
