Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking store colleagues to join our busy retail locations. You will provide friendly service, assist customers, and support across shelves, checkout, and online order picking. A minimum 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with some roles available from 12 hours, and shifts planned with notice.

Roles require an enthusiastic, customer-focused mindset and the ability to work well in a team. We welcome applicants of all backgrounds and encourage flexible working where possible.

Qualifications

• To be over 18 for this role.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Being confident with our products and services and offering help when needed.
• Providing flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
