Job summary

Nike Retail Stores in the United Kingdom are recruiting a Coach to lead a high-performing team and deliver a premium NIKE brand experience. You will coach and inspire staff, manage daily trading, and drive sales targets while upholding NIKE standards.

You will work across Commercial, Athlete Experience, and Consumer Experience streams, recruit and onboard talent, schedule shifts, and maintain a positive NIKE culture. A passion for sport and retail leadership with excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership and delivering premium customer service.
• Ability to coach, develop and schedule a team.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Experience with inventory and visual merchandising.
• Willingness to work weekends and peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead a NIKE team to deliver the premium brand experience.
