Job summary

JD Sports is looking for a Store Colleague to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor. You will greet customers, replenish stock, maintain displays, and assist with transactions while upholding JD Sports’ high standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and shop presentation.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are displayed correctly.
• Process transactions, cash handling, stock processing, and deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer inquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the effective day-to-day running of the store.
