Job summary

Diptyque in London seeks a Sales Assistant for a department store to maximise retail sales and build strong customer relationships. You will work as a key Brand Ambassador to maintain luxury positioning, deliver service excellence, and support events and campaigns.

Ideal candidates have fragrance/beauty or luxury retail experience, a proven sales track record, and excellent product knowledge. The role requires full-time, on-site work with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous fragrance/beauty or luxury retail experience.
• Track record of sales success and meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent customer service and confident interaction with the public.
• Self-motivated, focused and able to use own initiative.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed sales KPIs for the store, focusing on sales, ATV, UPT, conversion and CRM.
• Develop understanding of KPI and business objectives on daily/weekly basis.
• Maintain strong customer relations and impeccable service at all times.
• Assist with events in-store and off-site as required by the business.
• Keep product knowledge up to date and participate in training sessions.
• Ensure back-of-house areas and counter remain clean and tidy; follow dress code.
