Job summary

Diptyque Paris is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Battersea store in London. You will drive sales, lead a talented team, and ensure flawless customer service while executing marketing plans, product launches, and visual merchandising guidelines.

In this role you will coordinate events, develop staff product knowledge, and maintain store standards. You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate closely with HQ to optimise performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver agreed sales KPI's for the store including sales, ATV, UPT, conversion and CRM.
• Motivate the team to achieve KPI targets and maintain high service levels.
• Assist with product launches, sampling campaigns, in-store displays, layouts and window schemes as per Marketing Plan.
• Train staff on VM guidelines and store standards.
• Coordinate events such as launch previews, customer events, and fragrance fittings.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries and complaints professionally.
• Maintain staff knowledge of products and brand to represent Diptyque effectively.
• Communicate with HQ and other stores, sharing feedback and market insights.
• Support paperwork and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly; interpret sales data to drive action plans.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed and till procedures are understood by staff.
