Wolverine Worldwide is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team in Braintree. This role supports the Store Manager in driving sales, managing operations, and developing a motivated team committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You'll be responsible for maintaining store standards and compliance while fostering a positive and inclusive environment. As a brand ambassador, you'll engage customers, manage stock efficiently, and communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred, but not essential.
• Flexible schedule to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-starter with a passion for brands and achieving targets.

Responsibilities
