Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a dedicated retail team member to support store operations, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will assist with opening/closing, stock control, merchandising and daily store standards while upholding company policies and brand standards. A positive attitude and passion for our brands are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean store.
• Role model for the team with positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create exceptional customer experiences through authentic service.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs; assist in local marketing efforts.
• Perform duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety policies and inventory management.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising to deliver KPIs.
