Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide is seeking a customer-focused store associate to create exceptional in-store experiences. You will help customers select products, build rapport, and contribute to strong sales performance.

Responsibilities include maintaining store standards, assisting with deliveries, stock management and cash handling, while upholding health and safety policies. A passion for the brand and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
