Crew Clothing Company is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Ludlow. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and requires a proactive leader to drive store sales, develop the team, and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards to create a memorable shopping experience.

You will support the store manager, motivate staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while leveraging our multi-channel options.

• Provide an inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our customers
• Process sales transactions with care and in line with company guidelines
