Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time, 37.5-hour week position in Cardiff. You will support the store manager to drive sales, coach the team and maintain high visual and customer service standards.

Key responsibilities include achieving targets, accurate product guidance, promoting multi-channel options, creating a welcoming store ambience, and handling transactions with care. A luxury fashion feel is part of the brand experience.
